Did you know Amazon had a FREE streaming service?  Not many did, so they changed the name. What We Know: Amazon said Wednesday it’s rebranding its free-to-stream, ad-supported service from IMDb TV to Amazon Freevee. The service was launched in 2019 as IMDb Freedive. Ad-based, on-demand offerings are on the rise in a market that’s filled with subscription services.  Paramount (formerly ViacomCBS) has a competing service that’s grown in popularity, Pluto. Jonathan Walker, a senior at Rutherford High School in Florida has been accepted to 27 schools, including multiple Ivy League Institutions such as Harvard, Yale and the University of Pennsylvania. What We Know: Walker’s 27 schools include Ivy League institutions like Yale, Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania.  His scholarship offers total more than $4 million. Walker plays football and enjoys creating things; he says in the future he wants to create a device for the blind or deaf. Walker said all of his success is directly attributable to his family. WASHINGTON — Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson became the first Black woman to be elevated to the Supreme Court when the Democratic-controlled Senate on Thursday confirmed President Joe Biden’s pick. The final vote was 53 to 47, with all 50 Democratic caucus members supporting Jackson, joined by Republican Sens. Susan Collins, of Maine, Lisa Murkowski, of Alaska, and Mitt Romney, of Utah.
