A young mother was arrested Saturday, and charged with manslaughter, after her two sons drowned in an apartment complex pool. What We Know: Branario Minto, 5, and Ja’Kye Joesph, 6, drowned May 22 , as surveillance footage shows the two children running towards the pool area after 7 p.m., without supervision, reports Fox News. Wildline Joesph, 23, and her boyfriend John Lynn, 24, were both charged with manslaughter in the death of the boys.
